On April 18th, I, Kandie Angel, took a leap of faith and bid farewell to the comfort of my home, embarking on a solo expedition across the vast expanse of the United States. With no set place to be and nothing stopping me from traveling, I decided to sell what I could and pack what I couldn't, taking off on a journey across the US to find my place in this world.
With my faithful companion, RoRo, by my side, I set out to explore the wonders of this diverse nation. My main goal? To discover what I am meant to do with my life.
As I navigated the open road, each mile marker became a symbol of newfound freedom and endless possibility. From the serene beauty of Alabama's waterfalls to the rugged charm of Arkansas's camping grounds, every stop along the way offered its own unique adventure.
In Missouri, I ventured into the great outdoors, hiking through lush forests and along scenic trails, allowing nature's beauty to captivate my senses and rejuvenate my spirit. And on my birthday, as I woke up with a tick perched atop my head, I couldn't help but laugh at the unpredictability of life on the road—a reminder to embrace each moment, no matter how unexpected.
Now, as I find myself in the heart of Texas, surrounded by the warmth of family and the joy of shared memories, I can't help but feel grateful for every step of this journey.
